Biaxin Oral Suspension is an antibiotic medication. It is given to children to treat a wide range of bacterial infections targeting the ear, throat, teeth, lungs, heart, skin, and gastrointestinal tract. It also helps treat bacterial infections that can occur in children with HIV due to their weak immune systems.

Biaxin Oral Suspension should be given by mouth with or without food. It is usually given two times a day, preferably in the morning and evening. In case your child vomits within 30 minutes of intake, repeat the same dose.
