Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser helps clean and treat ears affected by chronic ear infections (know as “otitis externa”) in dogs and cats. Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser is a non-irritating ear cleanser formulated with anti-adhesive properties to prevent microbial attachment.

What is this product used for: Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser is used in dogs and cats of all ages. It may be used to cleanse ear canals with severe otitis externa or prior to administration of other ear preparations in the treatment of otitis externa. Epi-Otic Advanced should not interfere with other ear medications.
Side Effects:
There are no known side effects. Shake well before use. Turn the white nozzle to open the product and then apply liberally into the ear canal. Gently rub the base of the ear and then wipe the interior of the ear flap with cotton or a cloth moistened with Epi-Otic® ADVANCED Ear Cleanser.

How do you clean a dog’s ears with an Epi Otic
Without letting go of the ear flap, gently massage the base of the ear, downward and inward in order to disperse EPIOTIC throughout the ear canal for 1 minute. Then allow the pet to shake its head. Remove the excess fluid and debris with a ball of cotton wool or tissue and also clean the inside of the ear flap.
Directions:
Apply liberally into the ear canal. Massage the base of the ear. Allow pet to shake head. Clean excess with cotton or cloth. In excessively dirty ears: Apply 2-3 times daily over several days. For maintenance of healthy ears: 1-2 times weekly or as often as recommended by your veterinarian. Always apply after swimming.
